At Renacer Boliviano, we support organizations in Bolivia by hosting vibrant fundraising events in the Chicago area. Our key events include the Carnaval Celebration, Summerfest, and Bolivian Independence Day. During these events, we collect donations and ensure they reach established orphanages, senior centers, individuals, and families in need. Through your generosity, we can provide essential resources and create lasting change in Bolivian communities. Join us in making a difference!

Hi! I'm Natalia and as you can tell from the picture, I am from Oruro, and you don't see me singing and dancing in Oruro's Carnival, you will certainly catch me in Chicago being part of as many activities as possible with Renacer Boliviano (RB). I'm very pleased to say that RB has trusted me to help with choreographies, presentations, contribute with ideas for different events, and they have specially given me the opportunity to not only share our beautiful Bolivian culture, but to be able to reach the goal of helping the people who need the most in our country. To be Bolivian is a big pride for me, and even more so when I know that although I am so far away, with my love and time I can give back a little bit of everything that Bolivia has given me.

One day we left Bolivia, looking for new opportunities or perhaps new experiences, in any case we moved away from our beloved country, but without forgetting it and carrying it in our hearts. Finding Bolivian compatriots fills our soul again and even more so when culture and tradition are shared, thus showing everyone how beautiful our Bolivia is. Renacer Boliviano was the place where I found not only the warmth of my Bolivian people but also a place that with its charitable activities we can help people in need in Bolivia. Be that grain of sand that contributes and brings us closer to Bolivia.

I was born in Oruro, but I grew up in that beautiful land that is characterized by its climate and delicious gastronomy. That's right, I come from "La Llajta". Almost 25 years ago, fate brought me to the land of Lincoln where I put down roots and raised a family with my wife Jennifer. Time blessed us with 2 beautiful children. It is said that "no one is a prophet in his own land", and I am an example of this. One of my great passions is dance, but this "cochalo" at heart did not dance any traditional dance in his homeland, and today it has been more than 20 years that I have been promoting our beautiful Bolivian folk dances in this North American land. With the group ́Sentimiento Boliviano ́ I learned to dance Tinku, Tobas, Morenada, Taquirari and my favorite Bolivian dance, the Caporal. When ́Sentimiento Boliviano ́ceased its existence, ́Renacer Boliviano ́ gave me the opportunity to continue with this passion. The most important thing is that I do it together with my two children. With them we participated year after year in the parades of July 4 and the great event of Thanksgiving Day in Chicago. What I love about ́Renacer Boliviano ́ is that it not only promotes Bolivian dances but also holds fraternization events for Bolivians and raises money to help institutions in Bolivia with various donations. I invite those who like to dance to join us to enjoy this beautiful passion and at the same time contribute to noble causes in Bolivia.
